Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Comply with house rules provided upon arrival
- Report any damages or issues immediately
- Respect quiet hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
- Not exceed the maximum guest capacity
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required and will be held against any damages or excessive cleaning required. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of checkout, minus any applicable deductions.
Liability
Anatoli Villas is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests use all facilities at their own risk, including the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pools are not supervised. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines for safe usage.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
